How big is your team?
As of the start of 2023, our team is made up of 10 or so full-time, part-time, and contract workers to deliver the best results across strategy, email, ads, content creation, and more. We're a boutique agency that goes deep rather than wide, striving to make deep partnerships and impacts with each brand we work with.
Are all of your listed clients active?
Yes! All clients and partners you see listed on our home page are currently active partners of Red Twenty One. We're not doing one-time work and then using their logo forever.
What certifications does Red Twenty One have?
We have a variety of partnerships and certifications. We are certified Shopify & Klaviyo partners, and our growth strategists have varying individual certifications in Meta, Google Ads & Analytics, Hubspot, and Klaviyo.
Can I get a quote for a custom package?
Absolutely. We put together the right plan for each of our partners and we'll put together a partnership agreement based on your needs.
What is the typical timeline?
We jump in fast. We don't take 90 days to get started with 30 days being a contract phase, etc. Once a contract is signed, in the first week we'll start with a deep dive audit and planning session to understand what's working, what's not, and where to go from here, and then we'll get to work.

No, and you should run away from any agency that does. You can't guarantee growth and success, or every business would achieve it. We guarantee that we'll approach your business with a profit-first, repeatable growth framework, and we're going to roll up our sleeves and do the work with you.
