E-commerce growth happens at the intersection of product, operations, and marketing. A good product is essential. But a good product that's out of stock can't be sold. And a good product that isn't marketed well won't be sold. We provide full-service growth consulting to grow your brand. We work with 2-5 brands at a time, and won't add more than three partners in 2025. Here are some indicators we might be able to help your brand:
If you're a growing brand in the sports & fitness space that's ready to take a growth step, please reach out below. We will take no more than three new clients in 2025.
While every partnership varies slightly, these are the core areas of growth consulting that we provide:
Website design & development
Meta & Google media buying
Email management & flow implementation
Weekly, monthly, & quarterly strategic consulting
Cash flow & revenue forecasting & reporting KPIs
Inventory forecasting tools & coaching
You will have a growth strategist on your account who works at most on 2 other brands. Additionally, you will work directly with Jeremy, Barry, or both. Every brand we work with has direct involvement & access to our founding team. Think law firm, not marketing agency.
We keep our team lean to maximize sharing of information, learnings, and tactics across brands. We're not a large agency with multiple layers of management, so we limit the number of brands that we work with at any given time.
In short, no. We look at our growth partnerships like an investment opportunity that needs expertise instead of capital. We won't partner with a brand just to take a monthly fee if we don't believe we can help them grow. When we start to evaluate working together, we'll decide if we feel there are clear growth opportunities in the way of marketing channels, sales channels, operational efficiencies, or product expansion. If we can't identify any of those up front, then we probably won't be a great fit together.
We work regularly with weekly working check-ins and access via email & slack if necessary.
All of our contracts are month to month. If we stop providing value, we don't need to continue working together. We do have a 30-day wind down clause to help us properly off-board, transition well, and plan for the future.
