We run our own warehouse in Leander, Texas, about 10 miles north of Austin. We are very selective with the brands we work with, and are only looking to add at most two fulfillment partners in 2025.

Fulfillment FAQs
How many warehouse staff do you have?
We rotate between 8-12 warehouse workers on a regular basis, and staff up during the holiday season from November 1st - January 15th to account for holiday influx.
What are your hours?
Our warehouse is open from 9am to 4pm central time and is closed on weekends.
How do shipping rates work?
We will set you up with your own ShipStation account and carrier accounts. You will continue using your current carrier rates, or establish new rates with carriers. While we'll help with the technical setup of this, you will be responsible for payment & billing.
How can I communicate with your team?
You will get Slack channel access to quickly communicate with our warehouse team and avoid using email as much as possible.
Why do you do fulfillment?
Fulfillment is not our primary business. That said, as brand operators, fulfillment has given us the ability to provide a unique service to a handful of brands who need it, offset some operational warehouse cost, and make unique partnerships with other growing brands in the fitness industry.
Can you handle custom requests?
In short, yes. We can prep for Amazon or wholesale, receive & process returns, and more. We will discuss your needs and figure out a rate that works. If you have highly complex warehousing needs, we are not your solution.
